Elvington 27th June 2026

Pilots MUST  PPR (Tel 01759305851) stating aircraft type, registration, departure airfield and POB. PLEASE DO THIS ONE WEEK BEFORE And STATE YOU ARE AN LAC MEMBER. Please note there is no fuel available at Elvington. Fuel is available close by at Breighton and Sherburn airfields.

The landing fee is £25 and includes a single person entry ticket to the museum which is valid for 12 months. LAC pilots may reclaim £10 landing subsidy by sending a copy of log book entry and receipt to the club administrator.

Additional museum entry tickets may be purchased, details can be found online yorkshireairmuseum.org web site.

The LAC will be providing  FREE coach transport for LAC members from Barton to Elvington. Please book early as places will be limited. There is a charge for museum entry.

Caernarfon 4th July 2026

Pilots MUST PPR (Please state you are an LAC member)

The Museum will be open and there is a small fee of £5 for entry ticket.

Avgas is generally available.

Cafe will be open and the beach is just a short walk from the airfield.

Carlisle 15th August 2026

Pilots MUST PPR. (Please state you are an LAC member and advise if you wish to visit museum)

Carlisle Airport has kindly offered free admission to the museum for LAC members. A wrist band will be provided on arrival.

Please do not forget your LAC membership card to obtain a free landing and wrist band. You cannot reclaim landing fees retrospectively.

Avgas is available. Cafe will be open.
