The committee has negotiated a number of deals with airfields nearby where landings have been paid by the Club.
In some cases there are discounted rates on fuel.

A current membership card must be produced before payment to take advantage of these concessions. Please note that this arrangement is for one full-stop landing at a partner airfield per visit. “Touch-and-goes” are NOT covered by the landing card.
The arrangements with our partner fields are constantly being renegotiated.
Members are advised to check with their destination before the flight to ensure that the landing card arrangement is still in force.
Partner Airfield Scheme Landing Card Rules 30/03/2024
1. The Landing Card (LC) is non-transferable and remains the property of LAC.
2. The LC may only be used at participating airfields as listed on the LAC web site. Please regularly check the web site as this list is subject to change.
3. The LC may only be used for landings whereby the holder (who is an LAC full member) acts as pilot in command for that particular landing. The holder is excluded from claiming a concessionary landing if acting as P2 or as a passenger.
4. The LC cannot be used for landings where the aircraft is based.
5. The LC may not be used for ‘touch-and-goes.’ Only one landing per visit to a participating airfield is permitted.
6. When visiting a participating airfield and booking in as PIC you will be required to present your current membership card. Failure to produce the card would mean you lose your entitlement to a concessionary landing.
7. Your membership details will be recorded by the partner airfields and verified by LAC. Participating airfields are required to check that the LC holder was acting as PIC. If the membership card has been found to have been used by someone not entitled to do so then you will be liable to repay the fees associated with the mis-use of the LC.
8. It is the card holders responsibility to keep the card secure at all times. The card should not be left in an aircraft especially if such aircraft is operated by a syndicate or more than one person.
9. The LC may not be used for commercial flights.
10. Where the airfield is designated ‘cash-back’, please claim your refund by submitting your receipt to Julian as outlined in the recovery fees section.
