Based on Kenyon Hall Farm merely minutes away from J22 of the M6, Lancashire Aero Club are the North Wests premier flying club.
The Lancashire Aero Club has partnered with the City Airport Manchester and a number of local sponsors to create a much needed pilots lounge.
This is in the base of the iconic Control Tower and is open to ALL Barton based pilots
It will be open whilst the airfield os operational and has a key coded entry lock - details from ATC
The lounge is a quiet area awhere pilots can do thier flight planning in comfort.
There is also coffee/tea maing facilities and proceeds will go towards the upkeep of the facility.
